Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted when it is dispatched, unless local law provides otherwise. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes or an inability to deliver.
Products, availability and pricing
We aim to describe products, colours, sizing and prices accurately. Screen settings and natural material variation can affect appearance. Availability is managed through WooCommerce inventory and can change before checkout is completed. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout.
Payment and account security
Payment is handled by the gateway selected at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen method and that the billing information supplied is accurate. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for activity under their account.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless expressly stated. Risk transfers as required by applicable consumer law. Return eligibility, condition requirements and refund timing are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Site content and acceptable use
The VERA LUNE name, site design, text, photography and other content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with another customer’s use of the store.
Changes and contact
